Lewis Hendrie is a young up and coming guide and instructor, with youthful enthusiasm for the sport he has grow up to love, whilst fishing on Exmoor and the surrounding area.
He has been fortunate enough to fish many fly fishing destinations around the world, such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada, The United States & throughout Europe. Some of these destinations were experienced whilst representing the England youth fly fishing team over several years, attaining several Home-International and World Championship caps.
Throughout his time fly fishing he has had great opportunities spending time and working along side many outstanding and influential people in the sport, through these people he has been able to acquire and development various skills that has enabled him to enhance both his fishing and teaching abilities.

Lewis Hendrie is part of the Fishing for Schools Marathon Team 2010 Supporting the Countryside Alliance Foundation. They aim to educate and enhance young lives through the sport of fly-fishing. 24 year old Lewis has represented the youth fly-fishing team at home, international and world levels. He is now a qualified fly-casting instructor and guides on the West Country rivers near his home on Exmoor. Lewis is also a fly-fishing for Schools instructor. This will be Lewis’ 1st marathon.
